Our Covid-19 Protocols
We are taking all precautionary measures to ensure you, your pets and our staff all remain safe.
During this difficult time for our nation, we have implemented new protocols to ensure we are keeping the community safe while continuing to provide high level of care for you and your pets.
IF you are picking up medications or food, please come to the right of our building and ring the bell at our drive thru window. We will take care of you immediately.
IF you are here for an appointment, tech appointment or surgery please come into the foyer and a staff member will be you immediately. A technician will check you in, then we will take your pet to the back and we ask that you wait in your vehicle until you are called and asked to come check out in our drive thru.
IF you are here for a wellness appointment, our doctors will perform their exams and administer vaccinations, then they will call you to go over the exam. When the conversation with the doctor is complete, the doctor or tech will ask that you come to drive thru to check out and pick up your pet.
IF you are here for a sick appointment, our doctors will perform their exams then will call you to come up with a treatment plan and we will perform any necessary treatments and fill medications. When everything is complete a technician will ask that you come to the drive thru to check out and pick up your pet.
IF you are here to pick up your pet from surgery please come to the right of our building and ring the bell in our drive thru and a staff member will be with you immediately.
Please remember that most of your pets foods, prevent ions, and medications can be ordered online thru Vetsource.
We will NOT be doing any baths or boarding until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience
